After placing an order, the following processing timelines apply:

  • Orders are processed Monday–Friday

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing the next business day

  • During peak seasons (Black Friday, Cyber Monday, holidays), processing may require additional time


3. Shipping Times (Global)

Delivery times vary depending on the destination country.

Estimated Global Delivery Windows:

  • United States: 5–12 business days

  • Canada: 7–15 business days

  • Europe (EU/UK): 7–15 business days

  • Middle East (UAE, KSA, Qatar): 6–14 business days

  • Asia: 7–20 business days

These timeframes are estimates and may vary due to factors such as customs clearance, weather disruptions, strikes, or carrier delays.


4. Tracking Information

All orders include tracking.

  • Tracking numbers are emailed once the order ships

  • Some carriers may take up to 48 hours to update tracking online

  • Tracking visibility may vary based on country and last-mile carrier

5. Shipping Regions

Alpha Men Hair ships to most countries worldwide except locations with:

  • trade restrictions

  • import embargoes

  • carrier limitations

If an order is placed to a restricted region, Alpha Men Hair reserves the right to cancel and refund the purchase.


6. Customs, Duties & Import Taxes

Depending on the destination country, customers may be subject to:

  • administrative clearance charges

These fees:

  • are not included in the product or shipping price

  • are the customer’s responsibility

  • are non-refundable

  • refusal to pay duties does not qualify for a refund


7. Incorrect Address or Address Errors

Alpha Men Hair is not responsible for:

  • incorrect or incomplete addresses

  • failed deliveries caused by customer absence

  • packages returned to sender

If a package is returned due to address issues:

  • re-shipping may be offered (customer pays shipping)

  • refunds cannot be issued for address errors


8. Failed Delivery Attempts

Carriers may attempt delivery multiple times.

If the customer is unavailable:

  • the package may be held at a pickup point

  • the package may return to sender after the holding period

Alpha Men Hair is not responsible for failed deliveries caused by unavailability.


9. Lost or Stolen Packages

Lost in Transit

If a package is confirmed lost by the carrier:

  • Alpha Men Hair will issue a full replacement, or

  • provide a full refund

Carrier tracking data must confirm the loss.

Stolen After Delivery

If tracking shows "Delivered" but the package is missing:

  • Alpha Men Hair is not responsible for theft after delivery

  • customers must file a claim with their local carrier

  • we may assist when possible, but replacement is not guaranteed


10. Delays Beyond Our Control

Delivery delays may occur due to:

  • customs inspections

  • severe weather

  • airline capacity shortages

  • political instability

  • natural disasters

  • carrier logistics issues

Such delays do not qualify for refunds.


11. Order Splitting

For operational reasons, orders with multiple items may be shipped separately.
Each shipment receives its own tracking number.

  • DHL, Royal Mail, PostNL

  • Correios (Brazil)

13. Shipping Fees
